Where SeeDoc facilitates introductions to licensed healthcare providers, those providers practice independently and are solely responsible for the clinical care they deliver. SeeDoc Digital Health Inc. does not practice medicine and does not control the clinical judgment of any provider. Any provider-patient relationship is formed directly between you and the provider.
We may send promotional SMS messages to users who have opted in to receive them. By providing your phone number and opting in, you agree to receive recurring messages about updates, offers, and relevant information from us. Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency varies.
Our SMS program supports the following carriers: AT&T, T-Mobile, Metro PCS, Verizon Wireless, US Cellular, Google Voice, Cellular One, Cellcom, Cellular South, Interop, Clearsky.
Carriers are not liable for undelivered or delayed messages.
The SeeDoc name, logo, content, and software are owned by SeeDoc Digital Health Inc. or its licensors and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and trade-secret laws. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or commercially exploit any portion of the platform without prior written consent.
When you submit information through SeeDoc (including questionnaires, intake forms, or messages to providers), you represent that the information is accurate to the best of your knowledge. You grant SeeDoc Digital Health Inc. a limited license to use the submission to deliver the requested service, subject always to our Privacy Policy and to applicable health-information privacy laws.
